How do the courses run?

The great thing about joining one of our courses is that you can work completely at your own pace... you will work along side your tutor/ assessor.

You have two years to complete your course.

​

Depending on which qualification you study, you will have to attend our mandatory workshop days.

​

Easy access under a hours travel from Derby, Sheffield, Manchester, Chesterfield and Macclesfield.

Why should i choose F.I.T?

All of our courses are internationally recognised. We use the following awarding bodies...

British Weight Lifting, Focus Awards and Active IQ. All of which are regulated by OFQUAL.

We have 14 years + in the industry. We are confident we deliver the best value and highest quality training. 

Pre - requisites

No prior fitness qualification is required before starting one of our courses unless stated,

​

A basic level of Maths and English will be necessary to understand the content.

​

The course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential, therefore a degree of physical fitness is necessary. Relevant personal experience of the subject is helpful.

​

If you already hold a level 2 gym instructor qualification, you might be exempt from some sections of the course.

​

Assessment Days/ Workshops

Workshop and assessment days will be run throughout the year.

Flexible learning is agreed by yourself and assessor.

Payment Options...

We offer a flexible payment option if you prefer not to pay in full.

Prices you see advertised are if you pay in full upfront.

If you prefer to pay in installments there is a 10% extra charge on the final price.

A deposit (Minimum of 30% of the course cost) must be paid on or before initial induction.

How long will it take to complete the course?

We would ask how much time can you dedicate to your study? The more time available, the quicker you can complete your course. If you don’t have lots of time, we advise taking it step-by-step.
