Go for a 'clean carb' such as oats, or a banana which also contains natural sugars. Stick to something small as you don't want anything too heavy on your stomach, which may have adverse effects on your session!
I usually train following a bowl of oats with fruit and nuts. To save time in a morning, why not preparing your oats, fruit and yogurt the evening before and letting them soak overnight! Mmmmmmmmm!!!!
