GETTING STARTED

Try and complete FOUR workouts each week and log your workouts in your daily diary submission.

You can mix and match your workouts to suit your own lifestyle. Be imaginative! Attend a new class and try something different! Enjoy it!

Workouts are suitable for all abilities and you MUST work to your own level, so adapt were appropriate. Of course, please consider health and safety - make sure you are exercising in a safe environment.

A library of exercises and programmes has been provided as an aid to inspire your workout sessions.
